Templates--chose one which helps you to plot out your idea before writing your more formal plan
Your more formal plan should be written up using the following format. This will be longer and more detailed than your template. The purpose of this plan is to show possible investors or banks as you seek start-up funds.
Elevator Pitch: An elevator pitch is a one-three sentence summary of your business idea that could be pitched to a possible investor that you happen to run into. Remember, you need to get the salient features of your business out and hope the investor will engage you in further conversation or tell you to send your plan to them.
